I feel I should give a critique for anyone interested.

Whether or not the author was intentionally going on this path, 
nevertheless what has emerged is an interpretation and creation of what 
duality is.

It is a belief that inside of everyone there is a total like being, 
opposite but in parrallel with your journey.

It is the growth of intelligence, taking the small self, to meet the larger 
and higher self, where together they meet their true being.

Separated most of their earhtly existence, these dual personalities have 
tried to become one and have resisted change, right in our own bodies. 
Because of conscious awareness, elevation of thought, the once separate 
existence become inseparable as a body of spirit.

There is NO religion, no boundaries but the oneness of human-kind. Once 
experienced, the life of spirit changes into the life of human-kind, which 
changes to natural entities. Natural entities are the spirits of nature. 
These spirits guide our way-for their is no life without the natural.

Therefore, we are nature and in nature we find our longevity, natural 
human-kind, togetherness, oneness forever...

I'd like to view that thing, but I can't either, Barb, hehe.....  :(

Those, above, are nice theories ("beliefs").  One more among a ton of 
them.  Maybe that one is "The Real Reality", maybe another, I dunno....  I 
often guess a lot like the rest of existence has for eons.

This is what my gut reaction to living in the corporeal being for some time 
tells me though:

One body per person.    One "spirit" per person.

We are  =Individuals=.

Duality, parallel but opposite spirit, 3 mints in 1 - 1. small self  2. 
large self  3. true being - dual personalities, etc....?

Probably not.

One body, one mind, one consciousness, one soul, one spirit.

Per person.

Anything else in there is An Intruder.  Benign, Guide, Etc or not.

 From an external source.

If you look in the mirror and see more than one person in there, you're 
probably being used as a Taxi Cab by someone looking for a lift or a human 
apartment to rent, or just take over.

Try to remember that the next time you feel you have internal but parallel 
"entities" vying for air time.

Why our "consciousnesses" are put into these "natural corporeal beings", I 
have no idea.  There are already a million theories on that.  How and why 
we got here, what we are doing here, how it all works and fits together, 
and where we are going.

All I know is that if you look in the mirror and see more than one "person" 
in there, doing whatever they're doing, you most likely have uninvited company.

Roll the doobs a little thinner next time.......

On the other hand, if you don't really mind the Sacrosanct Individual Space 
which unquestionably and singly makes up the entire crux of your True 
Existence, your Individual spirit, soul, mind, consciousness, "levels of 
experience cum intelligence", Being, what have you, being invaded, parleyed 
to, brought into discussions, co-habitated with, "observed", and possibly 
even manipulated beyond your own comprehension, roll the doobs a little 
thicker next time and ignore all the above I have just written.

At that point it won't really matter whether you believe me or not.
