Harry,

I have read about these people as well and most seem to be Ranchers and Farm Owners (who feel the illegals are degrading their property by leaving heaps of trash, dirty clothing and using privately owned property for a toilet), they feel they are helping but the border control does NOT appreciate the help. How they get around it THEY say is to coral the people sneaking across the border then turn them over to the border patrol who in turn sometimes charge &/or return them.

Who are these people, are they retirees, unemployed, vacationers ?????
Do they not have jobs to go too? Where do they find the time to do this type of surveillance if they do have jobs?
