This is just profiteering of the greatest kind and only because of Bush.

There has been worse hurricanes before, wars etc and oil jumped just a bit, but under Bush, a hiccup sends oil up 2-3 % at a time. 

Oil has tripled in the past 2 years, and it is not just India, China, or lack of refineries, it is just greed/profiteering, like Enron.

The Consumer is the sucker. OPEC can double it's output in seconds, Saudi says they can project to do 15 million barrels a day in 2050 !

The refinery issue can be solved in months buy building more if that is the case.

America is being played by Wall Street carpetbaggers and Energy Companies, an American thing a Bush Thing!! Wake Up and do something!!

The world suffers America's Corporate greed !!
