[Mb-civic] US troops are dying for Oil, not the US people!

A US soldier's uniform is hung from a home owners house, a protest.

What struck me was a neighbours comment, that "US soldiers are dying for us"

US soldiers in Iraq are not dying for Americans, but for Big Oil. Iraq has never been nor ever was a threat to the US, nor was it involved in terrorism against the US, or involved in 9/11. Yet a great number, a majority of Americans still think/believe so! This ignorance, denial astounds me, how naive, how unbelievably stupid!

It is embarrassing to still read this nonsense.
