[Mb-civic] $9 Billion missing in Iraq

Nice PR Iraqi election (claming  a 60% turnout (??), that's more than an American election which is usually between 25 - 35%), but where is the $9 Billion? Who pocketed the monies......... and will the American tax payer look the other way, for their ego will not admit error?
