It respect to the Canadian Beef issue, the feed mills and slaughter house's in question are all owned by Cargill an American Corporation.

Yet the Canadian producers are challenged. It is an American corporation that is suspect, and the American producers are capitalizing on the issue!

The protocols of feed content are run by Cargill , an American Corp, so the issue is with Cargill, not the Canadian producers, yet the American producers are pointing fingers at Canada. Certain American producers are capitalizing big time on the issue and want to prolong it as long as they can. Cargill obviously has a plan/profit a foot otherwise this issue would have been put to bed last year and normal free trade would continue.

Once the border is re-opened, Montana's and North Dakota's beef industry profits will lesson, so of course they will challenge any opening.
