!!! It was only a matter of time before the Bush Administration attempted to bypass the "posse comitatus" provision of the Constitution. For those who are not familiar with it, I urge you to learn what it says. Simply Google "posse comitatus" and you will get plenty of links. This is a MAJOR issue: indeed, it was the equivalent of posse comitatus that allowed for the emergence of almost every totalitarian or fascist regime in history. Peace.
