Ophelia Strengthens to a Hurricane Again

FLAGLER BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Tropical Storm Ophelia strengthened into a hurricane again Saturday as forecasters said that a landfall somewhere along the southeast Atlantic coast appeared more likely.
