[Mb-hair] Hello everyone

     Hey everyone... Quick intro... My name is Joel Mercado-See.  I
played Woof in the 33rd anniv. production in LA.  Michael told me about
the list a few months ago, and I've just been sitting back enjoying the
conversations on here...  The reason I've come out of the woodwork now
is because of what I did today.  I auditioned for another prodution of
HAIR!  The show is being produced by TUTS in Houston.  I was one of the
last 3 people seen but had a very positive response.  After my life
hanging experience with the first go around, I just had to go today,
even after only having a couple hours of sleep.  Back in March, I had
made the decision that I was putting theatre on the back burner while I
focused on my singing/songwriting.  Unlike everything else that I've
had to decide, doing this show or just auditioning, wasn't even a
question.  I went in there with my boyscout shirt that has become part
of my normal wardrobe.

     A few thing I also wanted to say... Michael, thank you for being
such an inspiration and pulling for my tribe when things were turning
ugly.  If any of you guys are interested, I've got a temporary "site"

some photos.  If anyone knows how I can get a hold of David James,
please let me know...  Last, but most importantly, I send all you my
love for keeping HAIR alive because it's not just a show.. It's
something undescribable that's in everyone who has done it, seen it, or
heard it.
