Hi Jennifer,

You can change your subscription to the digest version, which will combine 
many posts into a single one. Do so by going to:

http://www.islandlists.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mb-hair

Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see:

"To unsubscribe from Mb-hair, get a password reminder, or change your 
subscription options enter your subscription email address"

Enter the email address that you receive the list at, click the button. This 
takes you to the Options page. Scroll down to the gray section. Set digest 
mode is the second section down. Change the check from Off to On, and click 
the button that says "Submit my Changes" that is all the way down on the 
bottom.
