[Mb-hair] NEA No Child Left Behind petition

The National Education Association currently is allowing people to send a 
message to their representative via their web site to agrue against the current 
No Child Left Behind Act. Ask any educator, this is NOT a good law and it is 
NOT being implemented correctly. There is more information on the web site.
