Everyone should read THE HIDING PLACE by Cory Tenboom -

The pain of this war, and every war, is indeed incalcuable.
but if we, the HAIR family, and warriors of LIGHT are to survive and help 
the world
evolve in peace and love, we have to focus on the web of hope.  not despair.

I want Lincoln back, I want JFK, MLK jr., Ghandi and Mother Theresa back.
but maybe their spirits still live; and their lives are a gauntlet for the 
rest of us.

There is only fear or love.
Choose love.

I was falling into despair myself, tonight, about injustice, the war, how 
unfair cancer and car accidents are, and how people can kill each 
other...but my intention, and all of ours together can absolutley change the 
world...i know it.  that's why we all got involved with HAIR.
Love, flowers, freedom, peace, starshine and sun- and the CERTAINTY of a 
better world, not just hope.
