All that stuff, of course, may be right, and certainly interesting....

And has been, probably, for a while.

But remember the new undeground, that everyone, tends to ignore.

There are twenty to fifty million illegal, unregistered immigrants in
our country.

There are poor folks tha never get counted by anybody.

And for the majority of them, the media reality, is still the TV
stations, that they can get, over the air, along with radio.

As to the rest--

The pernicious, and myopic take, that our news outlets have wound up
giving us--

The general ill-regard for what we used to regard as beneficial to our
overall sense of society, as presented by shows like Howard Stern's, or
the networks' "reality programming"--

Has been devestating.

Pop media DOES, at the least, create the backgrund track for our lives
in America.

And we've been ill-served.

So, talk truth to the power.


And spread the joy of a smile, this weekend...
