 producer, director, and casting director  Bill Hooey has been asked to cast
a new feature film to shoot on location in New Mexico this fall.  He is
currently looking for talent for the film:  The working title is "Backa
Street", the project is budgeted in the $5 to $9 million range, and the
production company has every intention of producing this as a SAG project.
Bill Hooey is currently looking (still), in particular, for one of the
stars:  She is an attractive bilingual Hispanic female (Latina) between 25
and 38 years of age.  She must speak fluent Spanish; and she can even speak
English with an accent.  The production company prefers that she be someone
who has worked in films in Mexico and has a semi-name there, but that's not
a requirement.  Also, there are another seven or eight larger supporting
roles (and many smaller roles) of varying descriptions; everything from
young adult to seniors, both male and female.  You are welcome to submit
