Unfortunately, a goodly portion of our military in Iraq are NOT
professionals.  They are the NATIONAL GUARD.
The National Guard is supposed to be home, guarding the Nation.  

The "Professionals" are home fighting Hurricanes, and not doing a very
good job of that.
