eg could be the fox in atlanta ; etc 
would be nice to get okay on non conventional venue
in nyc but i wouldnt hold my breath

to shake lose first class option
i would estimate one might have to show
20 - 50 million US verifiable

anyway second class option
with at least 500k behind it
optimally quite a bit more

in a major city
