First of all Ross congrats on getting this lovefest cast! Wow, a tribe of 
37!! That's huge man! I take it you worked things out with your Sheila 
situation?
Secondly, it was great to see you again at La Mama. What a magical, far out 
night.
Now the scaffolding situation. We got the use of our scaffolding for free. 
We did this by contacting painters in the area to see if they had 
scaffolding that they wouldn't be using over the next 2 month period. In 
exchange for the use of their scaffolding we ran them an ad in our playbill 
and donated some tickets to their company. It worked like a charm and beats 
the bejeezus outa spending $14000!!! Give it a shot my brother. If that dead 
ends (hmmm, sounds like a song title) try contacting rental places and see 
if they'll whip you up a deal! Was this $14000 to purchase the scaffolding?
