    Must say, after seeing the show again at the Delacorte many times, the script is basically the concert version. Some good stuff has been added, but too much has been jettisoned. I never thought I’d say this, but Jim Rado needs to go back and change it. Yes, I said it. He needs to put some stuff back in so it makes sense.

    Adding back in the material where Sheila is concerned about being “the tribal sacrifice” and Berger trying to get her to sleep with Claude was a good thing. Cutting “The Bed” and the scene that can easily surround it in staging was a mistake because that cut any resolution to that subplot.
