         PIETRASZEK



Rita Pietraszek (Lighting Designer) USAA is a freelance lighting designer
involved in a variety of theatrical productions including drama, opera,
dance and busines theatre. Her work has been seen at most of Chicago's
notable theaters including the Goodman Theatre (Dancing at Lughnasa, The
Baltimore Waltz), Shakespeare Repertory Theatre (King Lear - '93 Jeff
Award), Northlight Theatre (Driving Miss Daisy, Later Life with Michael
Gross; Lonely Planet - After Dark Award), Writers' Theatre Chicago (Not
About Heroes with Nicholas Pennell), Court Theatre (Measure For Measure,
Pygmalion, Electra), Victory Gardens Theatre (Hannah Free, The Value of
Names) and National Jewish Theatre (The American Plan, Broken Glass, and
The Heidi Chronicles).

Ms. Pietraszek's work has also been seen in Prelude To A Kiss at the Wellington Theatre, Steel Magnolias at the Royal George and A... My Name Is Alice at the Ivanhoe, and she has designed several shows for arena stage in Washington, D.C., and the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston.
